A trained dentist with extensive financial and business experience, Dr. Kaur has been very involved in the growth of DSO industry for over a decade. Dr. Kaur primarily works with the Private Equity groups as an operating member and consultant for their DSO portfolios. Dr. Kaur has worked with multiple DSOs over her career in various executive roles and is very involved with Dental Technology companies, DSOs, Not for profit and state Dental Associations developing strategic business solutions along with helping emerging dental organizations to build development and growth strategies.

Lorri Detrick is the President and COO of Riccobene Associates, where she helps lead one of the fastest-growing dental organizations with a focus on people, culture, operational excellence, and values-driven growth. Her leadership is shaped by a deep respect for people, a commitment to transparency, and a belief that strong organizations are built by staying anchored to what matters most.

Prior to joining Riccobene, Detrick spent several years in professional consulting, engaging with clients around operations, technology, and M&A buy- and sell-side projects. She also served as Chief Operations Officer for six years at a mid-sized DSO serving California and Utah.

Ms. Detrick obtained her undergraduate de- gree from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, and a Masters degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. Her 20+ years of experience in healthcare operations span acute care, long-term care, outpatient, and retail healthcare.
